Return and Refund policy 

• Terms of return are only applicable to -clothing ,water bottles and, bracelets. We do not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.
• State of return -item must be unused
• Reason for return- item is damaged or is the wrong product.
• Process for return -please leave a message with your name item and issue with customer service through rebeccascott@thephoenixfoundation.info for a request for return.
• Process of refund -refunds available on water bottles shirts and bracelets that have not been used. No refunds on Artwork all artwork is sold as is.
